Remember, once a certificate is redeemed, it's no longer valid. So never click redeem button by yourself.
1. Contact the merchant directly – Store staff or manager may override for you. but it's it solely on merchant discretion.
2. Contact us, we can doing investigation and reversal the deal for you on our end. but remember we will record it for future reference.
